 Free Repeat Policy

Repeat Policy

We offer Free Repeats within 6 months of your original class.

All Repeats are subject to the following conditions

  1. Repeats cannot be taken more than 6 months after the date of the original course.
  2. Repeats cannot be transferred to anyone else, and are only valid for the exact same class,
    and in the exact same city.
  3. Changes to the curriculum including a new software version release(ie. going from CS4 to CS5),
    counts as a new course and is not entitled to a free repeat .
  4. If headTrix changes courseware, repeat students will be required to purchase the new courseware.
  5. Repeats are subject to availability and if we have enough paid students to run a class.

  1. Check our Schedule for upcoming classes.
  2. Contact us at 310.450.0122 a week before the class to see if it is running.
  3. A sales representative will be able to confirm whether there is a seat available.
