Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, it's usually no problem. We will move you our next session, offer you a private training. We offer a full refund for classes cancelled five business days before the first day of class. If, however, you notify us less than a week before the class starts (a 'late-reschedule') or fail to appear for the class, you will be charged for the class. We can no longer offer refunds, if it is a group class, you may be allowed to sit in on the next class within a 6 month period from the date of your registration date. Discounts and Coupons will not apply on the next class.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a class, we will give you a full refund as long as you give us at least 5 business days' notice of the cancellation. If, however, you notify us less than one week before the class (a "late-cancellation"), we do not offer a refund and you only qualify for a late-reschedule under the terms above. To summarize the cancellation policy in plain English: you can't get your money back unless you give us at least 5 business days advance notice. Please note there is a minimum $75 fee on all cancellations. 7% Credit Card Fees and $20 Transaction fee on all transactions over $999.
Class Rescheduling by headTrix Training
We encourage you to register early, as sometimes classes sell out.
Although headTrix reserves the right to reschedule due to insufficient registrations, instructor emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we try our best to place you in our next class or offer a private training. If it is necessary to reschedule the class, registrants will be notified immediately. If a registrant cannot attend on the rescheduled date, they will be offered a full refund.
Free Retake Policy
headTrix offers one free retake of any class with the following restrictions:
- the retake must be within six months of taking the first class and must be the same version of the software
- the retake policy does not apply to Onsite, Online, or Private 1-on-1 training( Classroom Training Only).
- registration in a class is on a space-available basis
- you must agree to get our quarterly email newsletter in order to be eligible
If any of the above points make you ineligible for the free retake, you may re-purchase the same class with
a 50% discount, as long as the software version has not changed.
Full and Partial Refunds Policy
Students may withdraw from any course (except when they have late-rescheduled) within 2 hours of when the instruction has started the training, and receive a full refund, provided the reason for their withdrawal is dissatisfaction with the course and/or instructor. No refunds will be given if the student attends more than 2 hours of training or instruction.
